Background - Include a brief biographical section which includes your work history and experience. Anything in personal life that has had a major influence on your life and life goals.

Short Term Goals (MY 1-5 Year Goals) - Be specific and thorough. Remember to use SMART goal format This is short range, but also attainable. Include education and work goals. You can also include life goals (family, kids, residence, ...)

Long Term Goals (MY 5+ Year Goals ) - These are where you want to be. Remember any trip without a destination is just wandering. Who do you want to be when you grow up, or get older. Some of us never truly "grow up". Also remember to use SMART goal format.
