My program plan is to bring Play based therapy and Family counseling to the Head start programs in my area. This will address mental health and its impact on family well-being. Poor mental health can negatively affect family dynamics, child development, and the overall quality of life.

To evaluate the effectiveness of Play-Based Therapy Sessions introduced the program, an outcome evaluation would be beneficial. For family counseling workshops , a combination of process and outcome evaluations would be suitable, and for rating Educational Outreach Programs that raise awareness for this program, a combination of needs assessment and outcome evaluations would be beneficial.
