My project revolves around updating the current processes used to maintain the Policy and Procedure Platform at my organization. The system we currently have has not been maintained from an administrative perspective for a few years now, and the policy on policy and procedure has not been updated for 5+ years. The whole system for how policies and procedures are written, reviewed, uploaded, approved, implemented and even archived requires updating. My project focuses on updating our current policy framework by implementing a clear, structured process guided by a multi-departmental oversight committee. The new policy will establish comprehensive guidelines, along with internal checks and balances, and provide clear definitions to enhance overall workflow efficiency and accountability
