For each visit, observe and record the level of customer service available at each site. Record the name of the business and the address.Be careful to visit a variety of businesses. If you visit McDonalds, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and A&W, only record one of them! Your instructor will NOT accept more than one of each type of business. If possible, view both low-touch and high-touch customer service sites (see Lesson 8).Example: Visit a family restaurant, drug store, doctors office, retail store, clothing shop, garage, high class restaurant, real estate office, hot dog stand, travel agency, corner grocery store, among others.
