Carsons has spin classes, aerobics classes, and Pilates classes that are typically filled to capacity. Carsons is
located in a busy shopping center where parking is sometimes difficult, especially on weekends. Carsons is open
from 5 AM to 10 PM daily. Memberships cost $39 per month for a single and $49 for a family.
Downtown Crossfit has basic weight training equipment and several rowing machines. The gyms focus is on small
classes with individualized attention. Classes have a very low trainer to student ratio (about 1 trainer to 5
students), and members are discouraged from working out alone. Class workout routines change every day with
the famous workout of the day being a popular feature. The gym has a changing room and one restroom, but no
