$4.$ LogicalFunctions Sheet $(8$ points$)$: Do NOT convert this range of data to a table. DO name cells and ranges and USE them in formulas.

In Column G$,$ create a formula to calculate IN DOLLARS the Penalty $($only the Penalty$)$ for Outstanding payments. The penalty is a percentage times the value in the Amount column. The penalty is calculated according to the following rules:
