nd important insight I have gained from this class is to be aware of generational differences in team members and learn how to embrace these differences. We learned that there are unfair stereotypes associated with each generation as well as legitimate cultural differences. Taking the time to get to know each team member and learn how they prefer to communicate and work will help the entire team navigate these differences. It will also lead to a more united and self-aware group because when you give respect instead of fear, you make space to understand a differing perspective. Comment
