You determine a project; either real or one you would like to do, as the basis to develop the following project management deliverables.

Project Charter

Submit an MSProject file with:

1) Project schedule in Microsoft Project.

A- Forty-fifty tasks and subtasks

B- Resource list

C- Resources assigned to task

D- Predecessors in place

Submit a MSProject (second) file with:

2) Revised Project schedule in Microsoft Project

A.All information above, updated 1/3 of the way through the schedule

B.Completed tasks marked completed

C. Tasks which have been started marked with percent complete

D. Reflects the change control from number 4

Submit a Word Document (third file)

Project Plan 5-8 pages in length in Microsoft Word ONE document with clearly marked sections containing the following items, and using Headings- Times New Roman, double spaced, 12 pt type:

1) Project Communication Plan

1. Key stakeholders identified
2. Method and frequency of communication identified

2) Proposed Project Status Meeting Agenda

3) Proposed Project Budget

4) One paragraph, Entitled Project Monitoring and Control and referencing PMBOK with page citations, describing the methods you will use to monitor and control your project

5) Project Risk Register )table format) containing at least 10 risks

Include risk name and description as well as the assessment of likelihood and impact. Also include a risk score and risk management approach.

6) Project Change Control

1. Using the change control template, create a proposed change to your project

7) List of tasks on critical path before the change (initial schedule) and after the change (1/3 of the way through the project from the revised schedule) 2 points You will need to view the critical paths on the MSProject files and then list the tasks on the Word document.
