Need a soilid encouraging comment from the following post made by Shelee my classmate, need to find a decision-making framework or strategic approach for HR professionals. At my current job, I believe our HR is trying to keep up with the changing world, but not always in a good way. I've been with the company for 12 years and I've seen the most change once the covid pandemic happened. We had many benefits stemming from this while it was going on, but now it seems HR is letting people "take advantage" of the benefits. Now that we have returned to our "new normal" for the last two years, it seems HR's strategy is to retain employees at any cost. HR is approving more accommodations than they ever have before and it's causing the work to not get done. I always think, "what would you have done before covid?".
