Two questions: Starting off as an external organizational development consultant, I would ask what specific outcomes and goals is the organization aiming to achieve with this change initiative to pinpoint the goals and expectations of the organization. I also would ask the organization to describe the current culture of the organization and any existing challenges or obstacles that might impact the change process to evaluate how well-prepared the organization is for change, spot possible barriers, and comprehend the social factors that might affect how the change effort is implemented and received
