Some guiding questions may include: What are some general trends in information technology for 2020? In what direction is the technology going in hospitality in 2020? What are some longer-term trends (2020-2023)? What could be some popular hospitality/travel technologies for consumers? Formatting instructions Cover page: should include only your names and the title of the assignment (max. 1 page) Main section: should include the main body of the assignment. This section should range between 500 and 750 words (excluding tables, figures, and references). Assignments outside of this range will not be accepted (no exceptions).
