You are to implement radix sort to sort a STL vector of strings

Requirements

Write a single function called radixsort that has two parameters - a string vector parameter (the first parameter) and an integer that represents the length of the strings (the second parameter).

Functionality

The function should sort the strings in the vector parameter using the radix sort algorithm.

Pre Conditions

1. All the strings in the vector parameter are of the same length, which is equal to the length parameter.

2. All the strings in the vector parameter are composed only of lowercase letters.

Assessment

Function passes all our tests and implements radix sort - 2

Function passes at least one of our tests and implements radix sort - 1

Function fails all of our tests, does not implement radix sort, cannot be compiled, other stated requirements not met - 0

Hints

1. The vector clear method removes the contents of the vector and sets its size to 0

2. The vector push_back method inserts its argument at the end o the vector

3. The vector size method returns the number of values stored in the vector

4. Elements of strings and vectors can be indexed with []s, just like an array

5. The ASCII value of 'a' is 97

6. There are 26 letters in the alphabet

7. vector> buckets(10); creates a vector that contains ten empty vectors that can store integers; this is not directly useful to the exercise, but should help

8. There is no need to use any string methods in this exercise
