Situation:

You have been requested by Frontier Co-Op to lay out a strategy to expand into your assigned country (INDIA). Specifically, you will need to report on how GAAP in that country (INDIA) (the countrys GAAP, not IFRS) is different than US GAAP and what difficulties that may present. Address what requirements that your assigned country may have for people to go into the accounting field (that is, whether or not there are any specific professional practice requirements within the country).

Also, you must address any ethical situations you foresee that may have to be dealt with if the global partnership is pursued.

Can you easily hire good workers and for those who dont work out, can you fire them?

What will be involved to be able to provide high-speed internet service?

What are the financial markets like? Is the banking system accessible?

What other barriers might you face?
