Boolean function is called constant if its output is true only for an input sequence of ones or an input sequence of zeros. Assuming a 4-input circuit, use the minterm design procedure to output a value of one in response to the input 0000 or 1111 and an output of zero otherwise. Include in your report, your truth able along with your Logisim circuit.
