Need help. We are to create a cause and effect diagram$-$ also known as a fishbone diagram$-$ for the problem we identified. Problem identified below.

Problem:

Both turnover times between surgical cases within operating rooms and reducing the variation of case duration can be the cause of burnout experienced by many operating room staff members. Operating room staff members are exposed daily to high stress levels to meet the allotted times per surgery.
