I believe the formula needing to be used would some sort of Countif formula.

I need a formula for the following requirements: - Column F equals Cell C16 - Column G equals Cell C17 - Column D equals any one of cells in Cells D16:D18

I have highlighted the two accounts that match the criteria. The formula should say that there are 2, because there are only 2 rows that meet the criteria. Please put the formula in cell F17
