need help with picking a project topic from my operation Management class please help ,

below is the guidelines for picking a topic please help me with finding the right topic

Project topic: Describe the current supply chain process for this company. A process is defined as collection of tasks, connected by flow of goods, people, or information that transforms inputs to more valuable outputs. For your project, choose a supply chain process. A supply chain process can be associated with the production, delivery, and distribution of a good that the company produces and/or sells. A supply chain can also be associated with the production, delivery and distributions of goods that enable the delivery of the companys services. Examples of supply chain processes that would be acceptable and not acceptable are provided below.

o Example (Acceptable) : Order Fulfillment and Sales Operations at Amazon. Fulfilling orders requires a well-designed supply chain process including receiving the order from the customer, locating the item in the warehouse or procuring the item from the supplier, inventorying the item (possibly at multiple inventory locations) and then shipping it to the customer (possibly going through multiple warehouses/locations). There are well-defined set of business rules (i.e. processes) that enable sales at Amazon.

o Example (Acceptable) : Production and Sales of Products at Ford Manufacturing Plant. Manufacturing a car or car parts requires a well-designed supply process including procuring the raw materials/ certain components from Fords suppliers, handling these items and putting them into the inventory, assembling the items on the assembly line, putting the assembled car into the inventory and shipping the car to the dealer. There are well-defined set of business rules (i.e. processes) that enable manufacturing and sales at Ford.

o Example (Unacceptable): American Airlines Ticket Sales Operations. Ticket sales involves many decisions such as pricing and sales channels. However, ticket sales does not involve a well-defined supply chain that produces and distributes physical goods. The supply chain should be the core of your project topic.
