The project has four resources: One (1) subject matter expert and three (3) students.

SME can contribute 20 work points per sprint.

SME can work on multiple tasks per sprint.

Each student produces 10 work points worth of output per sprint (30 total).

Students can only work on one task per sprint.

Work Point (WP) value: Which specifies its required number of work points to complete

A Story Point (SP) value: Which specifies how much value the project earns by completing the task.

The client wants to see as much value (story points) earned as possible, early on in the project. As such, allocate resources to earn as many story points as possible as soon as possible.

All tasks must be started and ended within the same sprint.
