need help with these two.

1) first one I tried to put matrix in RREF to find K but got crazy fractions and got lost.

2) second one, I set the two matrices equal to each other and did some matrix multiplication to extract the equations. the we solve for the variables and they will give us the correct answers. I did not get them right.
