Use the numeric values of 64,32,16,8,4, and 2 for A,E,I,O,U, and X and the department areas shown in Table 5.14 to find a solution to the problem using the PAG heuristic. 5.19 (MPG) Identify the maximal PAG, and develop a block layout based on the MPG and the space requirements by trial and error. You may draw the dual to develop a block layout, or ignore the dual and develop the layout directly from the MPG overlapped by rectangles or other shapes (L, T, U, etc.)
