need help with visual basic code

Problem:

Design a VBA user form to enter the name of a company placing an order (use a text box) and the number of bearings in the order (use a text box). The user form must have a button entitled Order Summary that, when pressed, will display in separate message boxes the company name, the cost of the order (in currency format), and the number of days that the order will take to complete.
