need help with writing a paper on project valuation methods.

i have to explain each of the three methods.

i have to include an introduction explaining the funtions of valuation methods in capital budgeting and why it is so important. i have to explain the benefits and drawbacks of each valuation method and describe whether the method is more beneficial in analyzing for-profit ir nonprofit organizations.

for each valuation method i have to give a scenario where the method chosen would be beneficial in makimg a decision between different projects and why.

i have to include an analysis of the effects of inflation and healthcare trends and how it should be factored into capital budgeting decisions.
