I disagree with the assertion made since focusing on strategies and technical difficulties won't result in the desired outcomes. The team's efficiency will determine how well the plan is carried out. The management must concentrate on building a strong, goal-oriented team since motivated team members will work effectively and efficiently to accomplish the objectives. What will be the motivating factor that will make this group of people function as a team if we create the ideal plan, oversee it, and give them the task? The driving force needed to accomplish the goal won't be there. Therefore, it can be claimed that any form of plan can provide positive results if the firm has an efficient and productive team. The key concept is that team members should be ready to operate in a team environment with ease, enthusiasm, and complete motivation to meet goals.
