NEGLIGENCE: PREMISES LIABILITY ASSIGNMENT After reading the material on negligence and premises liability in the textbook, find and upload to Blackboard a photo or image of an employee action or property condition from the internet that might expose the landowner to a liability claim and then, in a paragraph: 1. identify where the picture/image was taken (if possible) 2. explain what in the photo/image constitutes negligence and why, and 3. make suggestions as to what the owner should do to avoid or reduce the possible adverse effects (mitigate potential liability) **Be sure to analyze each of the elements of negligence in your discussion. Sidebar: In the past, I have asked students to look in stores, parks and playgrounds, parking lots, apartment complexes, public buildings, or even the campus, to identify dangerous conditions on premises. Sadly, that is not possible this semester.
