Network Architecture Example: Look at the following network diagram below: 1. How many different networking devices \& network endpoints do you see? List the ones you can identify and how many of each exist in the diagram (i.e. \# PC's, \# Switches, etc) 2. How many computers are connected to the hub in the diagram? 3. Why is one of the laptops connected to a switch using the cyan "console" cable. Look up what a console cable does, and why it may be used? 4. Using some of network icons located in the accompanying powerpoint (or using Cisco Packet Tracer if you already have it installed), can you draw a network diagram of your own home network? If not, try to draw a simple networking diagram consisting of 3 PCs connected to a switch, with the switch connected to a router. You do not have to connect this network to the WAN (i.e. internet), so don't worry about taking the diagram that far. Paste a screenshot or capture of your network diagram below
