Never used Microsoft Visio before. How do I go about this problem/solve it?

This project requires you to complete an exercise in business process mapping. You will use the following scenario for your assignment: The employee sends their personal information, signed contract, and legal documents to the HR department and the HR department files that information. The hiring manager (the new employees manager at this organization) then provides the incoming employee information about their first day on the job. The hiring manager contacts the IT department with the incoming employees credentials. The IT department arranges a new workstation for the employee and places the employee into a security group with a job code that will provide that employee with security access to the software they will need to do their job. They will also make sure that the computer the new employee is issued is loaded with the appropriate hardware and software. The IT department will only provide incoming designers with a tier 2 workstation that is capable of running advanced design software. Once the IT department is finished, the HR department is notified.

The HR department will provide the new employee with enrollment forms for company benefits. Once the new employee has completed the benefits enrollment, the HR department will enter it into the system. The HR department will then assign training to the new employee. Each new employee will be assigned training appropriate for their new position. Only new employees that are managers will be assigned ethics training due to their new budgeting power. The accounting department will then receive an update of the new employees salary and benefits. The accounting department will set up an automatic draft and deposit transaction to the bank account the employee specified in their paperwork. Finally, the new employee will verify that their information is correct before their hire date.

Using Microsoft Visio, illustrate the above process by drawing a cross-functional flowchart (swimlane diagram). Please ensure that all roles are represented along with all appropriate steps.
