as a means to help Ava to not lose her job which is vital to her and her dependents. I would take the position that it is

not in my place to tell rather it is in hers. As such, I would assume that I did not witness the issue and hence not report

it$.$

From my point of view, I would reason similarly to Ava that since the bread will be ba der high heat, any

germs collected in the flour would be destroyed. Besides, the floor is constantly washed with detergents hence

minimizing the risk associated with germs. Additionally, concerning the utilization of company resources, I would

argue that since there is no imminent danger to consumers by using flour, it is justifiable to allow Ava to use it$.$ The

issue of the flour's hygiene is therefore not a major concern given that there are no standard hygiene levels at the

bakery and that the chances of not adhering to such standards are often compromised. However, I would let her know

that this can't happen again and discuss what she should have done differently. As her friend, I understand she's in a

difficult situation trying to support her family, so I want to offer her some advice.

Based on the conflict of interest, I would argue that my decisions are unethical. An ethical standing would

equire that I report the issue to the manager. However, Ava is a friend, I fully understand her family's situation her last

varning that any future failures would result in losing her job requires my protection. These decisions have been

fluenced by a conflict of interest hence they are unethical.

Given there exists codes of conduct and policies on how to act when the flour spills on the floor, the act by Ava

use the flour is immoral. The right thing would have been to dispose of the flour as per the guidelines.
