1. Lets say that we are considering adding a second cook, and both cooks have assigned tasks. Cook 1 is responsible for cooking the lentils, onions, and mushrooms. Cook 2 is responsible for grilling and packing, labeling. What is the processing capacity? Please put the capacity in burgers/week (as the other capacities).

1. If you were allowed to assign each of the tasks to either of the cooks, how would you split them up? Specifically, Cook 1 is responsible for cooking the lentils. What other task should Cook 1 be assigned to maximize the capacity? Also, that each task includes the related tasks: pack includes vacuum prep, vacuum sealing, and labeling; grill includes mixing and grilling; etc.
