Note 1: Drop the final excel file into the dropbox and upload the screenshot of your excel sheet into the text entry space (so the instructor can detect if your solution has changed on his system).

Note2: Do all the process on only one sheet as we have discussed it and delete the empty sheets of your excel file.

Note 3: Make sure you cover all the details we have discussed in the class regarding solving a linear programming like structuring the spreadsheet into 3 sections of Decision Variables, Objective Function, and Constraints.

Note 4: Make your solution visually appealing by using colors and borders as has been discussed in the class.

Rubric:

1- Correct definition of the decision variables (DVs): 2 units

2- Correct definition of the objective function (OF): 2 units

3- Correct definitions of the constraints (Cs): 10 units

4- Correct answers particularly the decision variables and objective function: 2 units

5- Good sectioning of the spreadsheet (like the way it has been presented in the class) for DVs, OF, and Cs by using colors and borders: 1 unit
