The proposal should set out: a. The problem you are addressing - the area of interest you will work in b. Initial research on the problem area - relevant literature and existing products c. Your main project objectives and what will be in and out of scope d. Your main proposed work activities / tasks / work packages e. Your proposed methods for project management and control f. A general timeline for delivery. You should reference relevant research, tools or methods where appropriate. You may include additional material, such as a risk register, GANTT chart / online project boards as links or appendices. Words count are +/10% and include only the main body of the text, not references or appendices. Any additional material may be put in the appendices and should be cross referenced from the main sections. Any links to team resources should be shared publicly so tutors can access them
