. Construct a circuit that utilizes the EEPROM of the Arduino and a 16x2 LCD to do the following: Utilize the Serial Monitor to encode the values in the EEPROM using the Read and Write functions. In the Serial Monitor, the user should be able to type one of two commands: Read and Write. The Read command takes one argument, which is the EEPROM address. The Write command takes two arguments, an EEPROM address and a value. The user will type either Read , then the LCD will display the contents of that address on the 2nd line of the display or Write , then the LCD will display on the 2nd line of the display Writing: .
