Refer to the attachment called $"$Ch $9$ Negative News" You will use this document to help you complete this assignment. Please pay close attention to that document because it was created to help you develop this letter to deliver negative news so that you don't tear your hair out. Notice that under each of the four sections I have given you bullet points that should go into your letter for those different parts. Use my bullet points and you will see how the letter will come together.

Look at the other attachments. One is a sample of how a business letter is laid out $($I grade off for improper layout$).$ The other is a sample of a Bad$-$News letter. It will help you understand how to construct your letter for Southwest Airlines. Feel free to use some of the same wording in your letter.
