Next, list as many communication methods once used for business or personal communication that have become extinct, filling in the chart as you have done with current methods.

Finally, answer these two reflection questions: Is there a difference between business and personal communication? If so, what is it? Why is it important to consider the intention of your communication? Why do you think the methods you listed in the historical section became extinct? What implications does this have for business students today?
