Produce Pert/CPM Chart
Show your sequencing and identify your predecessor and successor tasks and which tasks may be completed in tandem
Identify the Critical Path
Every project has risks which need to be managed. Create a Risk Management Plan. (for help see Section 3.8)
a. Identify Risks in your project -Review scope, stakeholders, budget, schedule and any other internal/external factors (Fig 3.26)
b. Analyze the Risks (source, probability of it, impact-both qualitative and quantitative)
c. Create a Risk Response Plan (what to do if/when occurs, mitigation).
