Now that we would have gathered and analyzed the data as well as made a diagnosis and provide feedback to the client, the next phase is to determine the appropriate intervention. The intervention to be implemented will depend on the actual problem that the organization is encountering. In this module, you will be introduced to interventions and the different types. Interventions can be implemented at the individual, group$/$team$,$ organizational levels. In this module, we will also be focusing on individual OD interventions.
