Now that you have completed the Interpersonal Skills Project this semester, let's take some time to reflect on all that you have accomplished.  Consider your experience with the term-long skills project and compose a  500 word , double spaced  (including the prompts does not count toward the 500-word requirement) reflection of your work by responding to the questions below and including the following section headings that you place in bold-faced type:  

• Introduction - Discuss why you chose the skill you worked on this term and what you had hoped to accomplish
• Strengths - Discuss what you view as your strengths with regard to this interpersonal skill, both prior to and following the term-long project
• Weaknesses - Discuss what you view as your weaknesses with respect to your interpersonal communication skills.
• Lessons Learned -  Discuss at least two (2) lessons you have learned while participating in this term-long interpersonal skills project.
• Conclusion - Discuss your future plans for continuing to improve your communication skills.
