You will conduct a systems analysis project by performing the first two phases of SDLC (planning and analysis) for oneof the projects below. The actual project implementation is not required (i.e. No coding required). You need to apply what you have learned in the class and to participate in the team project work.

Projects:

Student Information System (e.g., Banner, Salesforce for Education, or CampusNexus Student)

Pharmacy System

ERP (e.g., Oracel or SAP)

Training Platform (e.g., coursera or Udemy)

Online Shopping Platform (e.g., Amazon or eBay)

Deliverables

This project should follow the main steps of the first two phases of the SDLC (phase 1 and 2). Detailed description should be included in each phase.

Phase 1

Part 1: Planning Phase

Under this section, include the following:

Project identification Chose one of the projects above (Project Title, Project Description precisely stating the Core Problem to be solved, Primary Customer and Stakeholders) (0.5 mark)

Feasibility studies (Technical Feasibility, Economic Feasibility and Organizational Feasibility) (0.5 mark)

Adopt an SDLC development methodology (0.5 mark)

List the Tasks to be Performed and Develop a Work Plan (Gantt Chart) (0.5 mark)

Part 2: Analysis Phase

In this section, you are required to determine the main business requirements; consequently, the following must be included:

List the functional and nonfunctional business requirements for the system. (1 mark)

Create Use Cases for each requirement (1 mark)

Draw context diagram as well as level 0 Data Flow Diagram. (1 mark)
