iv. Using 2s complement determine with base 2: 68₁₀ 17₁₀

C ) Convert the four answers for 3.b) back to decimal.

d ) Explain how a number using base 4 would work, giving an example of such a number and explaining what each digit in the number represents. Convert the number 176₁₀ to base 4 e ) Use a simple approach to convert the number base 4 answer for part d) to binary.
