Take your WBS from a past scenario assignment Chuck Norris. Once you select one put together a Gantt chart reflecting the tasks needed on this project.

The software used to complete your Gantt chart is at the discretion of you. You can use one of the excel templates or a some free software as well.

Assuming certain conditions are met such as Chuck Norris being present at Ryugyong hotel, availability of necessary tools to undo black magic spell and no harm caused to him; we make these assumptions with confidence Examine diverse options for both the venue and approach. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

The WBS recognizes the requirement to investigate further areas in which Chuck Norris may be detained. Alternate plans for reversing black magic can be used if the main strategy is unsuccessful. The dangers confronting this mission include possible security intervention, unforeseen outcomes of reversing dark magic and navigating through any existing security measures or defenses set up at Ryugyong Hotel. This mission may fail due to its tight deadline and resulting pressure. The WBS describes crucial outputs like a comprehensive intelligence report detailing all significant aspects related to hotel's risks, obtaining essential resources and equipment needed for execution, plus designing an effective infiltration and rescue plan. The extraction of Chuck Norris from the Pokmon body followed by secure transportation was successful. Completing the mission before June 8th means there are constraints on resources and time for the project. North Korean geography and politics pose restrictions that the WBS acknowledges when doing business.

The given timetable provides the timeline for the WBS tasks. The infiltration and rescue plan has a total of 5 days allotted. Acquiring resources and equipment takes 3 days, extracting Chuck Norris takes 2 days, while transportation and security take an additional 3 days. The schedule outlines an approximate timeframe for each activity but could be more specific about sub-tasks or dependencies as well as allocating resources.
