Objective: Design a performance evaluation tool in the form of a graphic rating scale for the job of administrative assistant with a municipal office. (This is the same job description you used for your Selection project). Instructions: Using your own research (google), and the attached job description as a guideline, design a performance evaluation tool in the form of a graphic rating scale. Include behavioural statements that indicate the level of performance required for each trait that is being rated and all other sections as appropriate (i.e./ Name of Employee, Name of Evaluator, Position, Date, Signatures, Comments, etc.). Be sure to include a total score section. Make the tool as comprehensive as possible and user friendly. Your evaluation tool must be designed to flow logically from one area to the next and give as much detail as possible.
