Objective:

The objective of this assignment is for students to create and present a personalized training plan based

on the application and self$-$assessment assignments completed over the course of the semester.

Instructions:

$1.$ Review all the application and self$-$assessment assignments you have completed during the

semester.

$2.$ Identify the skills you have learned and the areas you want to improve upon based on these

assignments.

$3.$ Set realistic and specific goals that align with your business objectives. Your goals should be

measurable and achievable within a certain timeframe.

$4.$ Identify the resources you will need to achieve your goals. This might include books, online

courses, videos, or mentorship from a more experienced individual.

$5.$ Create a detailed plan for achieving each of your goals. Your plan should include specific actions

you will take, a timeline for completion, and any potential obstacles you might encounter along

the way.

Presentation:

Final presentations will be shared with the class. They should be $10-12$ minutes long, include $4-5$ slides

and one references slide. In your presentation, you should address, at a minimum:

$1.$ Assessment of Learning Needs

$2.$ Alignment to Business Goals

$3.$ Goal Setting, Training Metrics and Timeline

$4.$ Modern and Relevant Training Content
