Objective: The objective of this assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to explore and understand the concept of change management within organizations. By creating a PowerPoint presentation on change management, students will demonstrate their knowledge of key principles, strategies, and challenges associated with managing organizational change effectively.

Instructions:

Topic Selection: Students in the group will collectively select a real$-$life case study, company, or scenario where significant organizational change has occurred or is currently underway. Examples could include mergers and acquisitions, technological implementations, leadership transitions, restructuring, culture change, etc.

Content Creation: Based on the chosen topic, students are required to create a PowerPoint presentation that covers the following key aspects of change management:

Introduction to the chosen case study$/$company and the context of change.

Identification and explanation of the need for change.

Discussion of the change management theories and models that could be applied to the situation.

Explanation of the strategies employed to manage the change, including communication, employee involvement, training, etc.

Analysis of the challenges and obstacles faced during the change process.

Evaluation of the overall effectiveness of the change management efforts.

Lessons learned and recommendations for future change initiatives.

Slide Structure: The presentation should consist of a minimum of $8$ slides and a maximum of $10$ slides. Each slide should include concise bullet points, relevant visuals $($images$,$ charts, graphs, etc.$),$ and proper referencing of sources.

Presentation Guidelines:

The presentation should be well$-$structured, organized, and visually appealing.

Slides should be designed to effectively convey key points and engage the audience.

Use of appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts is encouraged to enhance clarity.

Each slide should have a title and a brief description or explanation in the notes section.

References: A separate slide at the end of the presentation should provide a list of sources $($books$,$ articles, websites, etc.$)$ used for research and information gathering.

Submission: Students should submit their PowerPoint presentations in electronic format. If presenting as a group, all group members' names who contributed to the assignment should be listed on the title slide.
