Objective:

The objective of this study is to bring emphasis on the lack of resources and support granted to Immigrant Youth within Primary and Secondary Education.

Problem:

Immigrant youth are not receiving basic human rights, simply because of not being official citizens.

Research question;

Why are Immigrant youth discriminated against within the Education system?

Sub-questions:

[1]Is the education system allowed to deploy students without citizenship?

The questions needs to focus on legal elements.
