Selecting the right mix of projects for corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Tasks:
Identify Decision Criteria:
Define the various factors that impact the decision such as cost environmental impact, stakeholder interests, and longterm viability.
Choose Decision Analysis Techniques:
Each team chooses one primary method goal programming, or AHP to focus on but must also discuss the applicability of the other methods.
