OBJECTIVE:

To design a study with the concepts and theories related to organisational behaviour.

REQUIREMENT:

Many studies have suggested that employee motivation has a direct and positive significant influence on employees$$ work behaviour. The concept of motivation is used to direct, force, and influence human behaviours so that they remain aware and have the push to work towards some desired objectives The findings have led to a number of principles that have been applied to optimise employee work behaviour. Design a study to explore the influence of motivation on employee work behaviour.

You should use a motivation theory as a guide. Select four employees to be interviewed. To ensure the privacy of the data collected, the interviewees are categorised anonymously as NA$,$ NB$,$ NC$,$ and ND$.$ Provide a clear discussion of the findings based on the questions below, as well as recommendations.
