Objective

To emulate the prevalent working environment that focused on teams, this exercise will allow groups of $4$ to research and present a Quality and Management Tool in wide practice today.

Scenario

As a Team, produce a mini$-$training session for a pre$-$selected tool and be prepared to present to the class

Material can be extracted from textbook or public domain. Do not copy. Provide references where necessary.

Each presentation should be between $12-15$ minutes long. Each person needs to speak during the presentation.

Everyone must upload the copy of the presentation. Submit $4-7$ slide power point presentation to this assignment folder.

Deliverables

Each presentation shall include:

Description of the tool

Why or when to use the tool

Step by step description of how to use the tool including at least one example

Test the class for understanding by asking question$($s$)$

Constraints

Manage time constraints well as this will be a timed exercise

Each presentation should be between $12-15$ minutes long

Each person needs to speak during presentation.
