Upon successful completion of the unit's Learning Activity students will be able to:
- identify some of the basic attributes of leadership for success in Project Management;
- justify and discuss the importance of building trust for project success; and
- prioritize some of the qualities of an effective project management leadership.
This unit focuses on the process by which project managers lead, direct, guide and influence the behaviours of his/her project team in order to achieve project objectives.
Students are required to review the Ted Talk video in the link provided below and answer the questions provided. This is to be done by 11:00 PM on Sunday of the unit.
