The National Girl Scout Organization is divided into Councils across the nation. Each Council oversees a number of Girl Scout troops via Council Representatives. Each troop has only one leader and can be supervised by a number of Council Representatives, each of whom can supervise a number of troops but works for only one Council. A girl scout can be a member of only one troop. Each troop meets in a designated meeting place and discussed the sales report submitted by the Council Representative.
