2. OBSERVE COMPLETION OF JOB TASK OR FUNCTION

This activity needs to be completed once in each year of your work placement. Choose a different task or function to report on each time you complete it. If you are doing a B Ed, you need to complete it once in years 1, 2 and 3 and twice in the 4^th year of your programme.

This activity requires you to observe, record and reflect on the completion of one task or function that is related to your Mechanical Engineering subject specialisation for TVET Colleges . You first need to identify a suitable task or function to observe. The task or function should be core to your subject for mechanical engineering specialisation and should be substantial enough for you to complete all the questions below on it. It should also preferably be one that allows you to observe its completion from beginning to end. Once you have identified the task or function, complete the questions that follow about it.
