The manager knows that one of the course you did at UTECH is Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Risk Management and tasked you to carry out a Risk Assessment for her establishment.
Mrs. Fancy was once a Safety Manager of a chain of famous fast-food restaurants and asked you the following questions to satisfy herself of your competency:
