You are employed as an Occupational Health and Safety Intern at $$Hot And Ready$($HAR$)$ Fast$-$food Restaurant in downtown Kingston, Jamaica. Mrs$.$ Fancy is the owner$/$manager of HAR Restaurant. The restaurant operates on two shifts $6$:$00$ am $12$:$59$ pm and $1$:$009$:$00$ p$.$m$.$ It employs $6$ workers per shift. Mrs$.$ Fancy serves as the relief cashier.

The manager knows that one of the course you did at UTECH is Occupational Health and Safety $($OHS$)$ Risk Management and tasked you to carry out a Risk Assessment for her establishment.

Mrs$.$ Fancy was once a Safety Manager of a chain of famous fast$-$food restaurants and asked you the following questions to satisfy herself of your competency:
